Six brand new beautiful 3 bedroom one storey villas located in a private Complex in Yunets Village, just 10 km from famous Beach Resort Byala, with fantastic panoramic view to the mountains. Next door to the Complex there are a coffee bar and a restaurant offering traditional Bulgarian dishes.

Each villa consist of 3 fully equipped bedrooms – Master bedroom with double bed, night tables, a wardrobe and an en-suit bathroom with wash basin, toilet and a shower; another two bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. There is also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and a hand-wash basin.

A large open-plan living room will contribute for your perfect relaxation - a comfortable leather sofa, two arm-chairs and coffee table; traditional stone fire-place; TV set connected to a satellite /many foreign and Bulgarian programs available/. The living room leads to a dining room with modern fully fitted kitchen – fridge with a freezer, washing machine, microwave, two hot-plates, oven and all needed pottery; dinning table with chairs and an air-conditioner. All rooms have fitted blinds on the windows.

A nice veranda is looking to the complex garden. A parking space is available for the guests.

The village of Yunets is located 36 km, south of Varna City in the direction towards Burgas. It is an area renowned for its secluded, quiet and cozy atmosphere. A large number of the inhabitants of this little town are foreigners mainly of British origin. What makes this village so popular among foreigners is its natural setting and super clean and environmentally preserved area. Yunets village is located only 1,25miles, away from the major highway connecting Varna and Burgas. Yunets is strategically positioned right in between the two major summer cities, Varna and Burgas and with direct access to their respective international airports.

The beaches nearest to the village are in Byala and Schkorpilovtzi - a 15 minute drive away. The coastline is made up of beautiful wide beaches stretched out with crystal clean waves splashing along the sea shore. The beautiful sandy sea bottom is outstanding, perfect for various types of water sports and leisurely swims. Yunets is a typically authentic Bulgarian village, quiet, reserved and unbelievably picturesque. The village borders with a centuries-old forest and a lake on one side and large vineyards and vast sunflower fields on the other. The Schkorpilovska River passes through the village. The air in the village is also very clean partly as a result of the forest nearby.
