This one story rural house is situated in a nice village, just 10 kilometers from Kavarna town with its beach, restaurants, coffee bars and shops. The village is called Vranino /from the bird “crow”/ and is well developed.

The villa offers three completely furnished bedrooms – two with double beds and the third one with two single beds. Two bathrooms – one with shower-cabin and the other one with a bath are servicing the house. All rooms are with vertical blinds.

There is also a large open-plan living room with sofa-bed and coffee table corner; dinning area with table and six chairs and a modern, fully fitted kitchen /including fridge-freezer, oven, hot plates, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all needed pottery/. A nice stone fire place is contributing to the coziness of this home. There is also a TV set connected with a Satellite /many English programs and available/.

Outside, in the big private garden, there is a patio area with a BBQ and plastic table and chairs for outside dinners and afternoon coffees. A secured covered parking space is available in the property.
