Self-catering large 3-bedroomed traditional style house, situated 70km north of Varna with its International Airport and within 10km of the sea. It is within 15 minutes of the 2 excellent beaches at Kavarna and Shabla and 35 minutes to Bulgaria’s premier Black Sea Resort of Albena.

The villa is situated over one floor and is suitable for family holidays – 6 sleeps; maximum of 8 people may stay in the villa. Bear in mind that stay of 8 adults will not provide full comfort, so 6 is more suitable.

The house has a terrace at the front that catches the sun in the morning and another at the rear that gets the evening sun. The house has the benefit of full central heating and a large wood-burning stove.
The house is furnished with 2 sofas (one converts into a further double bed), dining suite and fully fitted kitchen with appliances, cutlery, crockery etc. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower over, the other with shower, both with water heaters.
The master bedroom has king sized bed with wardrobe and bedside cabinet and the two further double bedrooms are equipped with matching single beds and chest of drawers.
There is a covered barbeque area at the rear together with driveway and garage to the side.

Village of Gorun is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Shabla Municipality. The village has the benefit of a shop, petrol station and bar and is close to good restaurants and other amenities. The village is nice and peaceful, there a shop and a bar and most of all – you can meet many friendly people there!

The new Gary Player Golf Course is some 15km away. The village lies on the main E87 international road connecting Bulgaria with the Romanian coastal regions. The region offers marvelous opportunities for sea tourism for those looking for pleasant and quiet vacation away from the luxurious, noisy and pretentious resorts. Well known holiday settlements are the seaside towns of Kavarna and Balchik, as well as the resorts of Tuzlata and Russalka.
