The villa Polaka is
brand new, build in 2007 spacious house
ideal for those holidaymakers preferring
the solitude and relaxation of country
life, a peaceful moment in the sunshine,
quality time with a family, or a more
active holiday making at many sights and
activities offered by Bulgaria.
This beautiful, modern, fully
air-conditioned villa has been furnished
in a very high standard. A delightful
place away from home with everything you
could ever want from a great carefree
family holiday. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all the necessary items,
including a washing machine.
The villa Polaka is set in its private
garden with plenty of quality outdoor
seating and sun loungers, as well as two
types of swings for the kids. The garden
includes a private pool (9x 4x 1,5)
fenced in with a gate difficult to open
for children. In the villa, you may find
kids toys both for the pool and the
beach. Next to the pool, there is a
place suitable for sunbathing and a
shady area under a pagoda with a
barbeque, where you can prepare warm
grill dishes, and enjoy Bulgarian or
other music anytime of the day or night.
The garden is watered everyday and the
pool is serviced weekly or in case of
any problems with the water.
Maximum of 8 people may stay in the
villa Polaka, for example two families
with two small kids. Bear in mind that
stay of 8 adults will not provide full
comfort, so 6 is more suitable.
No pets allowed on the property.
No smoking inside the villa is allowed.
Village of Balgarevo has a very well
developed infrastructure which offers
all the amenities one can need. There is
a local shop, 6 restaurants, pizza bar,
health service and car-wash station. It
is a tourist place and a lot of people
are visiting the area in summer season.
The village of Balgarevo has at its
disposal the longest coast line on the
Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is only 4
kilometers away from Kaliakra cape and 6
kilometers from Kavarna town. Near by is
“Rusalka” Resort, Dalboka place with its
mussel farm and Bolata – 6 kilometers
meandering canyon with exuberant
vegetation, caves, swamp where rare
birds nesting and finishing with a small
beautiful bay close to Kaliakra cape.
Bolata is one of the unspoiled beaches
on the Black Sea Coast.
