Self-catering lovely brand new villa, located only 3 km from the sunny beach of Bolata. The property is located in a nice quiet village named Balgarevo and is suitable for family holidays – 6 sleeps plus extra two - sofa-bed.

The house is situated over two floors.
A vast open-plan living room with kitchen and dinning area and bathroom cover the first floor. In the living room a comfortable sofa, arm-chairs and coffee table will give you pleasant relaxation in front of the TV and DVD player. A luxury fire-place is nestling on the corner. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items including an oven, hot plates, fridge with a small freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave oven, electric pitcher, toaster, coffee machine. The dinning area offers a large table with six chairs.

For the sake of convenience in the hot summer days and during the winter months the property is fully air-conditioned and has nice vertical blinds.

The second floor content three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
- master bedroom - king size double bed with night tables and lights, wardrobe and a chest of drawers; own bathroom with shower-cabin, WC and a sink; perfect view to the pool;
- second bedroom – double bed with night tables and lights, wardrobe; view to the garden and the pool;
- third bedroom – two single beds with night tables and lights; small terrace with a nice view to the garden;
The last two bedrooms are served from a bathroom with shower-cabin, toilet and a sink on the same floor. All bedrooms are equipped with the necessary sheets and towels. Available for the guest are iron and ironing board.

A well maintained garden surrounds the house. The garden includes a private splendid pool with place suitable for sunbathing and chaise-lounges.
During the long summer evenings the outside BBQ and the covered wooden pagoda unite families and friends for plentiful suppers and nice time spend together.

No pets allowed on the property.
No smoking inside the villa is allowed.

Village of Balgarevo has a very well developed infrastructure which offers all the amenities one can need. There is a local shop, 6 restaurants, pizza bar, health service and car-wash station. It is a tourist place and a lot of people are visiting the area in summer season.
The village of Balgarevo has at its disposal the longest coast line on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is only 4 kilometers away from Kaliakra cape and 6 kilometers from Kavarna town. Near by is “Rusalka” Resort, Dalboka place with its mussel farm and Bolata – 6 kilometers meandering canyon with exuberant vegetation, caves, swamp where rare birds nesting and finishing with a small beautiful bay close to Kaliakra cape. Bolata is one of the unspoiled beaches on the Black Sea Coast.
