An attractive, fully furnished to a very high standard house in the peaceful village of Irechek on the Bulgarian North-East Cost.

The house is over two floors. A vast open-plan living room with a dinning area /wooden table with six chairs/; sofa area with fire-place; rest room with TV, satellite, DVD and a book-shelf. As the house is self-catering, there is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all needed pottery, fridge, freezer, oven, hot plates, washing machine etc. There is also a wet room with sink and toilet.

Wooden stairs are leading to the second floor. It is occupied from two fully furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom is with a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom /toilet, sink and a shower-cabin/. The second bedroom offers double bed plus a single one, wardrobe; en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and a toilet. Both bedrooms have large balconies.

The villa is with a large swimming pool. Chaise-longues are available for the guests. Outside there is a lovely garden area.

The house is in a very peaceful location ideal for relaxing and yet is only approx 15 kms from the lively town of Kavarna, 30mins from three 18 holes golf courses and about 50 minutes drive from the city of Varna and its International Airport.
