The living room is an open-plan and consists of fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge with a freezer, oven, two hot-plates, microwave and all needed pottery; on the other corner there is a big sofa-bed /where another two persons can sleep/ and a small coffee table. TV set connected to a satellite and a CD player are available. The apartment has an air-conditioner. Modern bathroom with shower-cabin, wash basin and a toilet is servicing the flat. The living room is leading to a small terrace equipped with plastic table and chairs.

Near by, in a radius of five kilometers, there are three golf-courses. Kavarna town with its yacht port, shops, restaurants, coffee bars is just 10 km away. The town has also gained popularity for the great number of musical concerts held all the year round. The famous tourist destination – Balchik town with its botanical garden and old queen’s palace is situated also 10 kilometers away from the apartment. Varna Airport is just 40 min. by car.
